1. Acceptance

By accessing or subscribing to our website and member/streaming services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and any updates, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• One account per person. You must not share, transfer, or resell login credentials.

• We may enforce single-concurrent-session limits and sign out other devices, or suspend/terminate access upon suspicious activity.

• Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans & Billing

• Plan details (e.g., 7-day passes or subscriptions), prices, taxes, term and renewal are as shown at checkout (currency: AUD).

• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled before the renewal date. Time-limited passes expire at term end (unless otherwise stated).

• Payments: Payments are processed by third-party providers whose terms and privacy policies also apply. If a payment fails or is declined, we may suspend or terminate your access.

4. Content Access & Licence

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, non-commercial licence to stream content. No downloading, recording, screenshotting, public exhibition, or redistribution, and do not circumvent DRM/anti-piracy controls.

• Concurrent Sessions: One account may have one active device/session at a time for streaming (or as otherwise posted).

• Geo-Restrictions: Content availability is subject to licensed territories; some titles are available in Australia only, and some in Australia and New Zealand only. You must not circumvent geoblocking by any means (including but not limited to VPNs/Proxies).

• You are responsible for compatible devices, bandwidth, and data charges; device/network issues are outside our performance guarantees.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not: (a) share credentials or log in for others; (b) reverse engineer or interfere with security; (c) scrape or bot the Services; (d) infringe IP rights; (e) violate laws or ratings rules.

6. Availability & Changes

Content availability may change due to licensing, scheduling, technical or partner reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to notify changes but cannot guarantee perpetual availability.

7. Refunds & Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

• Except as required by law, digital streaming access is non-refundable once provided (including change of mind, device incompatibility, insufficient bandwidth, or natural expiry of a pass).

• ACL statement (polished): Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or other statutory remedies; for non-major failures, we may remedy within a reasonable time (e.g., technical fix, access extension, or credit).

8. Age & Ratings

Some content may be age-restricted. You agree to view only if legally permitted in your jurisdiction and accept responsibility for supervising minors.

9. Intellectual Property

All website and content rights belong to us or our licensors. Any use beyond this licence requires prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or rely on third parties (e.g., membership systems, streaming platforms, payment processors). The terms and privacy policies of those third parties also apply.

11. Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts and access for breaches, including suspected fraud, account sharing, or geoblock circumvention. Refunds may be declined for serious breaches.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses; our aggregate direct liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent billing period. Your ACL rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes should first be resolved in good-faith discussions; failing which, they may be brought before the competent courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Posting on the website or email notice constitutes notice; continued use means acceptance.
